Web & Social Media
Migra 411 is an immigration law firm with an established brand identity and presence in the immigration market. However, it lacked a human touch in its communication. I am responsible for managing the firm’s social media, website, and overall brand identity.
One of the main challenges I’ve addressed is the humanization of the brand—creating more meaningful and warm interactions with the current audience and establishing genuine connections with potential clients. To achieve this, I am redesigning the website to showcase the team, highlight the firm’s core values, and strengthen its visual identity.
As the content creator, I also design all visual materials—graphics and videos—used in our campaigns. My next steps include improving the firm’s Google Business profile by encouraging client reviews to enhance SEO and online reputation, along with developing a cohesive campaign to increase engagement across all social media channels.

From May 2021 to February 2025, I worked at M.A.S. Insurance, an insurance agency that lacked of any branding, website, or social media presence for marketing purposes. I developed a comprehensive branding plan, including the creation of a logo, website, and a social media strategy to attract new customers and engage with existing ones.
My role involved overseeing and driving the entire creative process. I was responsible for client communication, team coordination to ensure timely completion of tasks, establishing the graphic design framework, and actively leading each stage of the creative process.
